“Extreme Times Call for Extreme Measures”

This tagline says it all for Seaoil’s newest baby: Extreme 97. This sets a new standard for gasoline products in the Philippines. Extreme 97 recognizes and addresses the need of motorists for high-quality fuel that delivers utmost performance, does not contribute to the degradation of the environment, and is cheaper compared to the other gasoline products in the market today.

Seaoil Extreme 97

As its name implies, Extreme 97 boasts of a 97 octane rating. This is one of the reasons why it has been touted as Seaoil’s ultimate performance fuel. This is, by far, the highest octane rating available in the Philippines. The high octane rating along with the other enhanced features will undoubtedly give motorists superb driving satisfaction. The improved engine performance is unparalleled; one would not get this experience even from expensive fuel brands. Most of all, Extreme 97 allows motorists to contribute to saving the environment by adding ethanol component to the fuel. This reduces emissions and air pollutants.

Isn't it true that Shell's V-power is also 97 octane and ethanol blended?
How
much is Extreme 97 compared to V-Power?

Hi Diorel,

Shell V-Power gasoline only has an octane rating of 95. When this
was first launched here in the Philippines last 2006, Shell V-Power did not
contain ethanol blend. But with the mandate from the Biofuels Act of 2006, Shell
launched the V-Power with 10% ethanol blend last April 1, 2009. So far, only
Seaoil Extreme 97 has a 97 octane rating in the Philippine market today. Both
Extreme 97 and V-Power are especially-formulated for racing cars. V-Power is
tied up with Ferrari. Extreme 97, on the other hand, has been tried and tested
by the Philippine Touring Car Championship. Both also contain the Friction
Modifier Technology, an additive that increases lubrication and helps reduce the
wear and tear of some engine parts. The only differences between these two fuel
brands is the octane rating and the price. Extreme 97 has a higher octane rating
and is cheaper than V-Power.

Thank you.
